The procedure was for my daughter but the staff and Dr. Bowman made everything comfortable and easy for my daughter. She had to go in alone, which was hard because she's 6 but she came out happy and excited to be done and a few days later said she didn't cry. The staff checked in on her later in the day and helped me understand a few things which I appreciated. Will definitely go back for any future procedures and will recommend for anyone looking.

The worst part of the experience I had was at the beginning. My mother was told over the phone that she couldn’t enter the building due to COVID 19 and was instructed to either stay out in the parking lot, or leave and return when the surgery was finished. About 15 minutes after she left, she received another call telling her that she needed to return to the center and come inside. Just confusing and slightly frustrating to be honest. But after that, the staff and overall experience was quite lovely. My concerns and questions were heard and weren’t just dismissed like other experiences I’ve lived through. That, and the few days after my surgery, the oral surgeon himself called me just to see how my recovery was going. So despite the rough and confusing start, I’d happily return.

Dr Bowman and his staff were compassionate and answered all questions, without feeling rushed. I also got a call from Dr Bowman later that evening checking on my daughter! I was so surprised and thankful for such a caring Doctor. We will definitely use Dr Bowman in the future if we need him! Highly recommended!!
