The worst part of the experience I had was at the beginning. My mother was told over the phone that she couldn’t enter the building due to COVID 19 and was instructed to either stay out in the parking lot, or leave and return when the surgery was finished. About 15 minutes after she left, she received another call telling her that she needed to return to the center and come inside. Just confusing and slightly frustrating to be honest. But after that, the staff and overall experience was quite lovely. My concerns and questions were heard and weren’t just dismissed like other experiences I’ve lived through. That, and the few days after my surgery, the oral surgeon himself called me just to see how my recovery was going. So despite the rough and confusing start, I’d happily return.
